My Synology DS1515+ had stopped working with the blue light and the alert light just flashing back and forth intermittently. I sent it in to Nick's and it was repaired very quickly. I received it back and it works like brand new!!! I love it. I highly recommend Nick's and will use them again if one of my other Synology drives fail. Thank you very much!!!!
Came across their YouTube video when trying to fix my TV. Reached out with my specific issue and they recommended I send both boards in. They would test them and fix whichever board was broken, and refund the other board minus a $20 diagnostic fee. I received the boards in the mail today, installed them and hung the TV back on the wall. It is working just fine like there was never an issue. 100% recommend Nick’s. I have nothing but positive things to say about my repair. I was a little skeptical that just replacing one little chip was going to fix the problem but I figured the price was so good I'd give it a shot. I received my board back in less than 2 weeks and reinstalled it and turned on the TV and absolutely nothing happened!!! I was in complete panic mode and immediately called Nick's. I was told to download any software update from Sony onto a flash drive which I did. I plugged it into a USB port on my TV which still was a completely black screen and still nothing, I was really freaking out at this point thinking I now owned an 85 inch brick. I went into the other room an fired up my 65 inch TV to check you tube for any possible answers and while searching my wife came in and told me the 85incher was up and running and saying new software had been installed. I checked it out and everything was running perfectly. It's been 2 weeks and it's still running great and no hiccups at all. Thank you Nick's for fixing the board and for the follow up service. I highly recommend this company.
