The whole process was great and easy. The videos where helpful also. Got the board back, installed it, and the TV came up immediately

This was great my 85” hi sense suddenly ran out of memory and died. Bad Emmc. From Nicks videos took it out and diagnosed and then sent it in. Now it’s working again. Be aware your native apps may or may not work when you get it back but I had a Roku sitting around and it works perfect. Glad I didn’t have to go buy a new tv.
