We’re currently not accepting any new console repair jobs for retro or modern systems, either local drop‑off or mail‑in.

Our team is consolidating locations and preparing to move into a larger space, and console repairs are too time‑intensive for us to handle properly during this transition.

We are still offering our retro modded consoles for sale, and those orders will continue to be processed and shipped as normal.

This pause applies to new repair requests only. Any existing approved console repair orders already in our queue will be completed under the original terms.

Once we’re fully set up in the new facility, we plan to reopen console repair bookings. When that happens, this page will be updated. Right now, our expected date to reopen console repairs is January 11th 2027.
