Very happy with the repair job to the board. If it wasn't for me surfing the net and found a great video of my exact issue no power at all, I would of thought my power supply was dead. The whole process was easy to navigate and board was repaired and returned in less than a week. Very please and would recommend to anyone.

I’m really sorry for the delay in getting it back to you. We set the unit aside while we waited for payment on the additional faceplate, and even though you paid that invoice quickly, we failed to move your board back into the shipping queue right away. That’s on us. Once you called and let us know you had guests coming and needed the oven for the weekend, we rushed it out via overnight service at our cost to try to make up for that delay.
Since then, we’ve updated our internal process so that any orders waiting on extra parts or payment are checked and cleared daily. If you ever need help with this unit again, we’ll be ready to take care of you much faster from start to finish.
Great work my samsung s90d died literally few days out of warranty. Called samsung wouldnt even offer to take care of it even admitted to know of the problem alot of folk are having. Found Nicks electronic repair and he got me back up and running definitely recommended.
