It works like it should.
Awesome service. Stated timeline was perfectly adhered to and repaired box worked great.
Provided exactly what I needed. The replacement part worked perfectly, highly recommend.
Could not have been simpler. Claude (AI) diagnosed the problem with my TV and sent me to Nick. Three days later I received the refurbished box, plugged everything in and it was good as new. I mailed off my dead box to Nick and 3 days later the promised $100 credit on my card appeared. Excellent communication throughout.
Installed my new One Connect Box 3 days ago and all is working well again !!! Shout out to the team at Nick's for being informative, trustworthy and customer-focused...
