Nick's kept me updated on their progress every step of the way so I was not left wondering what was going on. I did have the issue return in less than a week but they handled the warranty repair in the same professional manner. Almost three weeks later and my TV is still working perfectly..
Had an issue with my LG OLED that appeared to be a dead main board, so I ordered a refurb from Nick's. When the mainboard did not resolve the issue I contacted them and was quickly given a label to send the refurb board in as well as my other components to be tested. It was found that all of my components were functioning properly and the problem was elsewhere on the tv, so they issued me a full refund on the refurb and only charged a small service fee for the board testing. I was very happy with how responsive and understanding they were while trying to help resolve my problem.

After working perfectly for 20 months, my Samsung QN77S90D OLED TV would not turn on and the standby light was not illuminated. The next day I found Nick's YouTube video - How to Diagnose and Repair Dead Samsung OLED TV Repair QN77S90DAFXZA (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWpLdc5ob5Y). Since my TV's symptoms were identical to the one repaired in the video and the reviews on Nick’s website were all “Five Star”, I decided to order a repaired Power Supply Board rather than buy a new TV. The board was shipped out the same day and was received 6 days later. I swapped out the old board with the one I ordered (took about 2 hours) and my TV works perfectly again. Additionally, my $100 Core Trade-In refund was promptly issued the very next day after my old board was delivered. I’m so glad I found Nick's Electronics Repair video and ordered this part from his business!
