How does your mail-in electronics repair service work?

Find the repair service you need on our website and complete your purchase. After checkout, you'll receive an email with packaging and shipping instructions. You'll need to package and ship your item to our repair facility yourself, using a carrier like UPS or FedEx. Note that the shipping fee you pay at checkout covers the return shipment once your repair is complete. It doesn't cover shipping your item to us. Once we receive your unit, our technicians confirm the issue matches your selected service, keep you updated along the way, and return your equipment to you as quickly as possible.

Is it worth repairing electronics instead of replacing them?

In many cases, yes. Repairing electronics can be significantly more affordable than replacing expensive equipment, especially for high-end TVs, Samsung One Connect Boxes, appliance control boards, automotive electronics, and discontinued components. Do your repairs come with a warranty?

Yes. Every repair includes a standard one-year warranty, with select services offering optional two-year or five-year coverage. We also use high-quality replacement components and, whenever appropriate, replace other commonly known failure points to help improve long-term reliability.

What if the item I send in doesn't actually need repair?

If our technicians determine your item is already working properly, you'll receive a refund, minus a bench fee to cover diagnostic time. The bench fee is $20 or 20% of the quoted service price, whichever is greater, up to a maximum of $75. Full details are available on our returns and refunds policy page.
