Tried to contact Samsung in order to fix my one connect box which went dead for the second time in 9 month, and after 2 days of getting nowhere, found Nick's repair video on youtube for the exact same problem. Seeing the detailed repair walk-through convinced me to buy the repair service and warranty from these guys. And although they are on the other side of the US, and I had to wait for shipping to do its job, I couldn't be happier with the speed they fixed the box and how responsive and polite were their communications. I gave it couple weeks to see if I notice anything unusual in the TV behavior after the fix, but it's operating like it was just delivered from the store. Would certainly use their services again and recommend to all my friends.
Just want to say thank you and what a great turn around with the fix. Works perfect and I will be sending another soon to get fixed on the same tv to have as a back up.
