Had issues wish my Synology ds412+, found Nick’s YouTube channel/website and purchased the service to get my NAS repaired. Super easy process and great communication throughout with email updates and their online tracking system. The repair was also really fast. Overall, it was an outstanding and pain free experience all around. Highly recommend!

Synology NAS Repair

Process couldn't have been any easier. NAS was repaired, returned and I had it back up and running in about 30 minutes. Only slight complaint was I sent my power brick WITH the power cable, but only got the brick back... but not a huge deal.

So glad I foiund this service

My Synology DS412+ stopped working properly. Flashing blue light. I thought it would be too expensive to have it repaired but them I found this site. The price seemed very reasonable, they seemed to work on a lot of Synology NAS units, and they made the process very simple. I decided to take a chance. Bottom line: great experience, everything went exactly according to the guidelines that were presented in advance. More importantly, when I got the unit back, it was packed meticulously and it worked perfectly. They even cleaned it to the point that it looked brand new. I could not be happier. And what a cost savings compared to having to go out and buy a new NAS.

Excellent Repair Service!

Found Nick's from their YouTube videos and saw that they fixed Synology NAS devices like my own with the exact symptoms I had seen. So I sent them my device, per their instructions, and received timely and informative updates about what was going on (from when they received it all the way through the process). When there was a question about how I wanted them to proceed, it was easy to advise them and they took action promptly. All told, I probably spent more time trying to "self diagnose" the problem than it took them to repair it, including shipping time in both directions. I would definitely use their services again.
