We ALSO require the ENTIRE NAS to be sent, not just the mainboard or power supply. We CANNOT service boards individually, they MUST be in the unit case.

Nick's bought my nearly a decade-old Synology DS1815+ back to life. In my book it was a much better option for me to pay for this repair than to pay more to have the NAS replaced. They were professional and reasonably fast, and kept me updated on the progress via emails. Great experience overall.
