We ALSO require the ENTIRE NAS to be sent, not just the mainboard or power supply. We CANNOT service boards individually, they MUST be in the unit case.

My Synology DS1515+ had stopped working with the blue light and the alert light just flashing back and forth intermittently. I sent it in to Nick's and it was repaired very quickly.
