My 77”Samsung OLED died at exactly 13 months old. Samsung refused to replace or help in any way. They were extremely rude. This TV was a gift as I’m retired and struggle financially so I was broken hearted and very worried. I can’t afford a new tv but after about a month I found NICKS online. I ordered a refurbished one connect at 3AM Wednesday and it was at my door on Friday morning. I brought tears to my eyes I was so relived. It’s my only source of entertainment as I live alone in a very rural area. Thank You NICK
