The items purchased were exactly as advertised, and worked perfectly. The instructional video was also excellent and allowed me to fix my stove myself, saving me thousands of dollar (not having to buy a new stove). My only complaint, which is the reason for the 4 star not 5 star review is that I paid the extra money for the 2 day shipping, which it did ship in 2 1/2 days. The issue was it took 5 days for the package to be delivered to the shipper so they could send it to me. Hence with my 2 day priority shipping, it still took 8 days to get my package to me.

For anyone reading this, there are two parts to how fast you get a repair kit: our processing time before it ships, and the carrier’s transit time. In this case, our processing time was slower than it should have been, which meant the 2‑day option didn’t feel like 2‑day shipping.
We’ve since tightened this up so repair kits ship within 2 business days, and we’re updating our product pages to clearly show both processing time and shipping options so expectations match reality.

My Sony XBR 65x930D developed the dreaded DPS board capacitor issue and needed to be repaired. My contact throughout the entire process was Richard with customer service, who replied quickly and courteously to all of my emails to him. He was extremely helpful in getting my TV up and running again. These guys are the real deal!
The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because it took 2 weeks, 5 days out and 5 days back plus repair time. Got plenty of updates and the box works fine. I can recommend Nick’s.

– The shipping time you choose to send it in, and get it back.
