Nick's repaired my controller professionally and in a timely manner. The communication was excellent and thorough. The controller now works perfectly and as it should. I honestly can't speak to the longevity of the repair, as I've only just received it back. However, I am confident it will treat me well, just like the team at Nick's did!

I have been impressed by the upfront and friendly handling of the track hoe console. ( Bobcat 331D) The fact that I was kept in the loop with the progress all through the repair cycle is a VERY nice touch. The only problem I had with the whole thing did not have anything to do with Ricks Electronics, but with the U.S. Postal Service. The console was dropped off at the post office on July 21st and was to be here on the 24th It never showed up. I took my tracking info to my local post office here and the post office lady tracked it for me and said it had been checked in on the 21st but was still in AZ. I just got the console on Monday Aug. 4th 2025 I took the console out the next day and with fingers crossed plugged it in and **HOOOOO RAAAAAY** it works perfectly!!!!!. ********* RICK'S ELECTRONICS ********** MY PEOPLE *********

I purchased a used bobcat 331 and had a bunch of issues which I assumed were coming from the controller base. I seen Nick's great knowledge on his YouTube channel with these units and it saved me a lot of money from purchasing a new one from Bobcat. I mailed it to Arizona from Pennsylvania to get repaired and I just got it back in the mail and plugged it in and now it works flawlessly. Thank you for your repair service and great knowledge.
