They take the time to call you to discuss your issue. They talked with me about the symptoms and made their recommendation to repair the mainboard. Other companies I talked to refused to even talk to me and stated that any recommendation is the customer's responsibility. Nick's has excellent communication during the repair process. You're notified when your item arrives at their shop, when it is in the queue for inspection, when its in the queue for repair. After repair, it goes to quality assurance.
