I thought for sure that once my 13-year-old NAS inevitably refused to boot someday, that would be it and it's time to build a new one. Having Nick's available to repair it and keep it going for a few more years is fantastic while we're in this (hopefully temporary) window of crazy-expensive hardware where it would cost me a fortune to start from scratch.

The new display works great. Possibly brighter than the original.
Hardest part was shipping it myself but I really appreciated that they gave step by step updates of when they got it and when they diagnosed issue, repaired it, sent it back, etc.
Fantastic experience, great communication and cery easy to deal with.
