Great service! Symptoms matched your internet "YouTube" video T-Shoot guidance. Root cause summary was "Zero chance it is not the EMMC chip"
per your Customer Service representative prior to mailing board. You folks are good, and you were right, awesome job! My Sony Bravia is working great, had no Netflix or YouTube TV post install, but, understood that going into the repair due to licensing gap for the chip, and you helped me circumvent this with recommending the Roku stick, and I just typed our sign in account info for both YouTube and Netflix and it works perfectly now. Thanks to all!
