Nick's gave me a possible solution to fix my TV, and sent a mainboard very quickly. Although this did not fix the problem, they immediately verified they would take the returned mainboard back for a refund, which they did.
I purchased a used bobcat 331 and had a bunch of issues which I assumed were coming from the controller base. I seen Nick's great knowledge on his YouTube channel with these units and it saved me a lot of money from purchasing a new one from Bobcat. I mailed it to Arizona from Pennsylvania to get repaired and I just got it back in the mail and plugged it in and now it works flawlessly. Thank you for your repair service and great knowledge. Great follow up, fantastic service
I was skeptical when i saw the internet offer of an on-line repair service. I called and was impressed with the way my questions were handled and the whole ordering process was made easy. When the board was being repaired I was sent numerous regular updates on the stage of repair and so forth, and finally the speedy return to me of the repaired board. Once installed the TV came right up! I couldn’t be happier.
