True story, found a 75” 4K sony by the dumpster with “free TV” on it. Took it home, immediately found it reboots on loop. Found nick’s youtube after googling the problem (no doubt the reason it was dumped). Sent an inquiry on the website, managed to take off the motherboard, was great! Only feedback was understanding re-start instructions after return - I was totally lost on how to restart and how long reboot might take, thought I messed up. Maybe include instructions on restart with the return? But all-in-all, it works great! Fired up after rebooting and software install, and now I have a fantastic tv! Thanks!
