Well I am up and running again thanks to Nick's electronic repair who exceled with an amazing turn around time and a job well done.
Thank you Nick now I can enjoy my Saab for another season and hopefully longer.
Still in shock our they brought our frame tv back to life! Hate Samsung for making these one connect boxes so terribly with no replacements, but thankfully Nick's exists!!
Nick's kept me updated on their progress every step of the way so I was not left wondering what was going on. I did have the issue return in less than a week but they handled the warranty repair in the same professional manner. Almost three weeks later and my TV is still working perfectly..
Had an issue with my LG OLED that appeared to be a dead main board, so I ordered a refurb from Nick's. When the mainboard did not resolve the issue I contacted them and was quickly given a label to send the refurb board in as well as my other components to be tested. It was found that all of my components were functioning properly and the problem was elsewhere on the tv, so they issued me a full refund on the refurb and only charged a small service fee for the board testing. I was very happy with how responsive and understanding they were while trying to help resolve my problem.
