We have several NAS units. Our Synology DiskStation DS1512+ 5-Bay NAS began the dreaded blue flashing On/Off LED. We reviewed the excellent video that Nick's has on their site but alas, we could not fix it. We contacted Nick's and sent the NAS in for repair. Shortly after, we had a working NAS. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend them should you have a NAS failure.

Sent in my faulty S90D power supply, and Nick's repaired it and sent it back. They communicated throughout the process, and were very friendly and helpful.
