I had a intermittent shutdown and a power on issue with my ds1515. The process of ordering, shipping in, getting status updates, and getting it sent back was really painless. I would recommend.

Sent our circuit board in for repair. Unfortunately our circuit board was found to be beyond repair. Nick’s gave us frequent updates during the process, several options when the board was not repairable and a fair refund. Highly recommend!
I sent in my OG Halo Edition Xbox which needed capacitors replaced and so on. For under $100 total I received it back in working condition. Great job guys!
