Quickly Fixed my Samsung frame tv one connect box and mailed it back to me, saving me from buying a whole new frame tv. Promptly answered all questions I had and gave informative updates throughout the process. I live on the east coast so I was anxious about using an AZ place but am now relieved I did.

Fixed my dead power box that originally lasted only a year and a half. Expensive, but there really aren't any other options out there. If you're lucky you could find a used one on ebay but who knows how long it will last. Nicks is repaired right. I have now placed my one connect box on a usb laptop cooler plugged into the one connect box so it turns on when the tv gets turned on and im hoping keeping it a bit cooler will help it last longer. I guess no guarantees. I love the samsung tv but this one connect failure issue is lame.
