Sent an oven control module for repair and received an update at each step of process; order received, repair started, diagnosis, repaired, shipped, and delivered. After installing repaired part, the oven still wasn’t working but they provided a checklist of what to do to troubleshoot and immediately authorized a warranty return in case needed.
