How Our Mail‑In Repair Service Works

Most of our customers are not local. You securely package and ship your defective board/module/device to our repair facility in Tucson, AZ.

  1. Find your service by part number, board number, or model number using the search bar.
  2. Add the correct listing to your cart and check out.
  3. You’ll receive automated shipping/packaging instructions by email (check spam).
  4. Log in to your customer portal to add symptoms and any important notes to avoid delays.

Standard Warranty

Unless a listing clearly says otherwise:

  • All repair services and most refurbished/replacement modules include our 1‑Year Peace of Mind Warranty.
  • The warranty period starts on the date the courier confirms delivery back to you.
  • It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • If a unit we repaired or supplied fails under warranty, we will:
    • Re‑diagnose the issue
    • Repair or replace the unit at our discretion, as long as the failure matches the original issue

Warranty does not cover: physical damage, liquid damage, incorrect installation, damage from other faulty modules, power surges, lightning, etc.


Extended Warranty (Generic Policy)

On some products and modules we offer extended warranty options (e.g., 2‑year, 5‑year coverage):

  • The base price of the service/product includes the item plus the standard 1‑year warranty.
  • The extended warranty fee is an additional amount you pay for coverage beyond year one.
  • Once your order ships (and especially once an extended warranty claim has been used), the extended warranty fee is non‑refundable. It is used to cover the cost of additional replacements, testing, and shipping over the lifetime of the warranty.

Repeat Failures (“Lemon” Policy)
We don’t want you stuck in an endless cycle of replacements.

  • If the same unit (or same product model) fails twice under warranty and we cannot provide a stable replacement, you may choose to stop replacing it.
  • In that case, once you return the last unit to us, we will refund the hardware/service portion of your purchase price (the base price without extended warranty).
  • The extended warranty fee is not refunded because it has been used to cover prior replacements, testing, and shipping.

Turnaround Time

  • We aim for an average repair time of 3–5 business days from the date your package is processed into our system.
  • This is an average, not a guarantee. Delays can and do happen (parts availability, difficult faults, personal emergencies, etc.).

We do everything we realistically can to provide quality repairs for every order, no matter how long it takes.
