Was informed throughout the whole repair service process. Very efficient. Received the main board back, installed it, and now the TV works as it did before. Better invest in a repair of a board then buying at new TV. Saves on the environment, and saves in my pocket!
Module is working great. Total transaction time was a little longer than anticipated, (ECM Badly Damaged) very satisfied, easy tracking of where your component is in the repair process. Cost effective repair! Plug and play once installed.
I have a frame TV and the box just stopped working and I thought it was a lost cause - and Nick's brought it back quickly and with such SUPERB customer service - I would use them again without hesitation!

I found Nick's online, and watched a couple of the YouTube videos. The circuit board was repaired promptly (which saved me a ton of money) as promised. The new display looks better than the original. I wish every service worked this way.
