Excellent customer service and product. My big screen TV power supply went out right before the Christmas holidays and I had a large gathering planned for New Years eve to watch the Cotton bowl. After calling Nick's and them telling me they could not send a replacement until they received my core, With the holidays and shipping times, I figured watching the bowl game was out. Thanks to Nick's great service, they shipped out the new power supply before receiving mine and I was able to install the new one before the holidays, and it works great.. I couldn't be happier. Went off without a hitch. Sent my board info repair received it back within about a week maybe a week and a half. Installed the board back into my TV and it is working normally. Great service gentlemen.
