Common Symptoms Our Service Covers:

  • TV cycles on and off at boot up or intermittently (boot loop failure)
  • White standby light, but no picture
  • Dead / no power
  • HDMI ports don't work
  • 8 blink error code
  • Displays pink and green bars; please see second image for example

Failures our service DOES NOT cover:

  • 2 Red blinking light error code (power supply failure)
  • 4 Red blinking light error code (LED strip failure)
