I am very sorry to hear this has happened. According to the tracking, the package was delivered 4 days after your order to a mailbox. With that said, it's possible the courrier made a mistake.

Our Vizio P65-E1 TV started boot-looping, then stopped powering on altogether. I found a video from Nick's Electronic Repair on YouRube that described the exact symptoms the TV was exhibiting and also provided clear instructions showing how to remove the mainboard (which had likely failed).
The process of sending the mainboard to Nick's Electronic Repair for repair was very straightforward, and the $150 price was very reasonable - especially compared to buying a comparable new TV. I was also very pleasantly surprised at the great customer service during the repair process. Nick's is very thorough and we got an update at every step in the repair process - from when the damaged mainboard arrived to when the repaired & tested board was sent back to us. It's very refreshing to get that level of communication from a shop these days! The repaired mainboard worked great when I installed it.
Sadly, this repair story doesn't really have a happy ending. The newly repaired Vizio TV ended up getting damaged beyond repair a few days later during installation of a new TV stand (note to self: check for hard objects under the blanket *before* laying the TV face down on it!). I contacted NIck's to see if I could return the repaired mainboard, and they were gracious enough to consider a refund of the repair. The technician I worked with (Richard) was very helpful and responsive - extra kudos to Nick's for a good customer service beyond their obligations.
I'm very pleased to see shops like Nick's out there supporting DIYers like myself - both to save money and to help keep devices from going to e-waste. I would happily use their services again in the future.
So satisfied and relieved after Nick's rescued my Synology DS412+ from the blinking blue light of death. I hadn't backed up my photos in a very long time which was making me nervous (I know, shame on me), so was preparing to do so and BAM!... nearby transformer blows causing massive rapid power fluctuations that toasted the NAS. Found Nick's while searching online for information on how to recover the NAS, and their diagnoses information was very helpful. It confirmed that the NAS required hardware repair to the point that I might have considered doing it myself, but given the urgency to save my photos, the stellar reviews Nick's received, and the reasonable cost under the circumstances, I placed the order. The experience with Nick's was exactly as other reviews had stated, receiving status updates all along the way. The only hiccup was a delayed return shipping which turned out to be a USPS transport issue that had significantly damaged the box to the point that it required a major tape repair. Fortunately, Nick's had packed the DS412+ well enough inside that it arrived in undamaged working order! Photos are now backed up while I work on configuring/deploying a new DS923+. Forever grateful to Nick's for this rescue and won't hesitate to use them for any future service.
I am so pleased with the repair of my oven control board by Nick's Electronic Repair. The part is no longer available for my oven, but now thanks to Nick's it has been repaired and I have a working oven again. My 40" stove would have been very costly to replace, or I would have had to buy a smaller stove and have a custom built cabinet made to fill the space. Nick's kept me up to date during the process of receiving my part, testing it, repairing it and returning it with shipment tracking. I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with Nick's Electronic Repair and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing their type of service!
