Having a Computer go bad is such a blank page. But Nick's web site and videos which described symptoms and the complete repair and testing process that would take place, made it simple to drop the cash and ship it in. I knew that one way or another it would come back working and ready to use. No surprises. I have already recommend them to friends, and will happily continue to tell anyone perfectly simple it was to get my old car back on the road.
