My $2500 Samsung TV died after a year and half, so it was out of warranty. In looking online, I saw that this was an all too common problem with my particular TV, which involved a failure of the power supply. Since there are no TV repair shops in my small community, I wondered whether I needed to just buy a new TV (definitely not a Samsung), or whether there was any possibility that I could fix the problem myself - despite having no electronics experience whatsoever. After some further investigation online, I stumbled upon a YouTube video from Nick's showing exactly how to repair my TV. The video also contained a link that let you order a rebuilt power supply from Nick's which, based on everything I'd seen on line, was a better option than spending $400 to reorder the same defective part from Samsung. Although I had some doubts about prepaying for the replacement power supply from an unknown (to me) small repair shop nearly 2,000 miles away from where I live, I decided to take the chance. Nick's certainly exceeded my expectations. The part shipped almost immediately, the on-route communication was fabulous (better than Amazon), and the part arrived promptly. Following the instructions on the video, I installed the part and -- miracle of miracles -- my TV was working again. I was then able to use the box the part came in to ship my old part back to Nick's, which offers a $100 rebate for doing so. My rebate was then posted as soon as Nick's received the part. I'm absolutely delighted with the service I received from Nick's, who saved me from having to buy an expensive new TV. Thanks, Nicks!
By watching your video and ordering the buttons, I was able to fix my auxiliary hydraulics and lights. Thank you so much. Everything‘s fixed now.
After successfully making some of our typical recipes with low oven temp and long run times and high oven temp and short run times our oven is working very well again, I did notice oven temperature runs about 20 degrees lower than the displayed temperature, ran the calibration steps and made temp correction.
Service was successful and efficient, still looking for a plastic connector, recommend Nicks services to anyone with an oven malfunction, very helpful and they provide excellent customer service with a simple process to have your component shipped and returned in an expedited process.
Great experience
Everything went well. Shipping time and turn around time were reasonable. I usually do the board repairs but we have been so busy on the install and sales floor that it was well worth it to me to send the board to Nick. 5 stars for you *****
Great and fast service. The connect box works like they said!!
