Bake button was shot and now it’s not. Went above and beyond expectations
Our oven control board was fixed and our oven works perfctly now and the new display is bright and easy to read! Very quick turn around service and they even sent progress emails to let me know when they received the board, when a technician was working on it, when the repair was completed, and when they shipped it back to me. Best repair service I have ever experienced! I will definitely use them again!
I found Nicks Electronic Repair after finding them on YouTube and finding their video extremely impressive. The repairs were completed as requested... everything, including the message display, worked flawless and without issues. The client was very pleased. The only issue was with time and communication... it was obvious that the time coincided with a Labor Day Weekend, but I attempted to get information on the process, both thru the online ticketing as well at phone calls, and got zero updates as to what issues were found, if it had even been looked at, where in the repair process the unit was. It wasn't until a week later I got conformation that it was in the process of being shipped back. Packaging was incredible and very impressive. Aside from communication, the service was commendable and would have been a 5 star review, but due to that, I can only give 4.
Service was fast, and Price was definitely amazing, product is working and if i ever need their service again I definitely will not hesitate.
