My 15 month old Samsung QN77S90DA went completely out on me one evening. While researching, I found that power board issues are common with this model. With a quick search I found recommendations for Nick's and also their YouTube channel.
I purchased the repair service and sent them my board. They identified the issues (blown fuse & bad transistors), kept me informed of progress, and got my power board back to me (well packaged) very quickly.

We have a 2006 oven that is uniquely 40 inches. This size isn’t made anymore. Therefore if we weren’t able to fix the oven it was going to require a pretty major kitchen remodel with new cabinets and countertops in addition to the oven range.
Nick saved the day. Uninstalling the control board was pretty easy after watching a YouTube video. I sent it in and within 1-2 days of them receiving it was on its way back. It works perfectly, actually even better than it ever has. They not only repaired the broken part but refurbished the whole thing.
