  • Use our prepaid label to send your old box back and get $100 refunded

Core Trade-In Policy

How Our Core Trade‑In Works

Some parts include a “core charge.” This is a refundable deposit we credit back to you when you send us your old unit (the “core”) in good condition.

1. Buy & install your replacement

  • Purchase the replacement part on our website as normal.
  • The price you see already includes the core charge.
  • When it arrives, install it and make sure everything is working before sending your old unit back.

2. Reuse our box and prepaid return label

  • Save the shipping box, packing material, and packing slip.
  • Put your old unit in the same box with the packing slip.
  • Use the prepaid return label included in your shipment and drop it off (or schedule pickup).

3. Core condition requirements

To receive core credit, your old unit must have:

  • No fire damage
  • No water damage
  • No severe physical damage (cracked/broken board, missing major components)
  • No prior repair attempts (even “just a fuse”)

If the core fails inspection for any of these reasons, we cannot issue a core credit. We can return the core to you at your cost if requested.

4. Timing of your refund

  • Ship your core back within 30 days of receiving your replacement.
  • Once we receive it, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection.
  • Approved core credits are refunded to your original payment method.
