Getting in touch on U Tube through some vlogs and in need for some specific technical skills i found the perfect place, great communication, extreme know how, and more than outstanding service, I'm eternally grateful for the fantastic service, it was the rebirth of my car, a job no place was able to fo in my own country, for a distant New Zealand many many thanks 😀
Nick's, even before recieving .y fridgidaire oven module reaponded and communicated quickly with sounds advice.
They reciepted in my unit keeping me updated every step on its short journey to repair. They sent me an update when it was received in the shop, when it was on a bench, what the bench test revealed, when it was on to repair, whwn repair and testing were completed and when it was being shipped back to me.
They have their processes down pat. I was looking at other sevices via ebay and other sources which offered cheaper repairs but I was not confident of these, even ones with a 97.5 positive review. I decided that saving a few bucks was not worth the risk or hassle of dealing with an ebay vendor dispite having overall good experiences with ebay purchases.
Nick's, should there be a problem, I offer, would be more likely and poised to assist with after-service advice.
My unit was returned and packaged very well. I reinstalled the unit (took pics before uninstall to assure correct wiring) and now my oven works like new.
Not unhappy I spent a few more bucks to receive the lvl of service frkm Nick's.
Nick’s constantly stayed in touch via email with every step of the process. They even emailed and said they weren’t too optimistic about being able to fix the issue with my oven control board but that they would try. Lo and behold they did and it works great! Outstanding workmanship, customer service, and communication. I will forever recommend.

Having a Computer go bad is such a blank page. But Nick's web site and videos which described symptoms and the complete repair and testing process that would take place, made it simple to drop the cash and ship it in. I knew that one way or another it would come back working and ready to use. No surprises. I have already recommend them to friends, and will happily continue to tell anyone perfectly simple it was to get my old car back on the road.
