This is a straight swap of your original CPU with a 1GHz CPU. The original heatsink is kept intact.

The full recap and 128MB upgrade service includes a full recapping of the motherboard as well as any removal or replacement of the clock capacitor. We also install 128MB ram.

CPU/RAM upgrades require a next generation mod chip or advanced knowledge of underclocking/patching. No support is provided for patching and underclocking the CPU. All CPU upgraded boards are stress tested overnight.
