My 77”Samsung OLED died at exactly 13 months old. Samsung refused to replace or help in any way. They were extremely rude. This TV was a gift as I’m retired and struggle financially so I was broken hearted and very worried. I can’t afford a new tv but after about a month I found NICKS online. I ordered a refurbished one connect at 3AM Wednesday and it was at my door on Friday morning. I brought tears to my eyes I was so relived. It’s my only source of entertainment as I live alone in a very rural area. Thank You NICK

Burried their disclaimer that the TV wouldn't be gaurunteed to work as it previously did. seems like something they could have putting the description of their services and not buried down the page below everything else.

When your mainboard arrived, we confirmed your symptoms, which were that the TV would not power on at all. After our repair, the TV powers on and works normally for picture, sound, and HDMI inputs. On this Sony model, the failure is caused by the internal eMMC memory chip wearing out, which holds the TV’s operating system and apps.
Because of that, our listing clearly states (including an all‑caps warning) that while we can bring the TV back to life, some built‑in apps may not work as before, and that the most reliable setup is to use an external streaming device like a Fire Stick, Roku, or Chromecast for apps.
I understand it’s frustrating when smart features change after a repair. Given these limitations, we’ve actually discontinued this specific Sony repair service so expectations stay clear for everyone.
