Ordered a new one connect box, and they shipped it fast very well packaged, got the old one replaced and it works like a champ. The communication from their team is great. I missed their email about the pre paid core charge return label, so they gave me a call to verify if I wanted to use it. They provided easy to understand instructions with the new box. All in all 11/10 will use again.
I cannot say just how excited I was when I found the video Nick posted on YouTube about how to fix this problem. I legit figured it was the capacitors at first, and when he showed the same issue my dual range oven has, I knew I had to get the product. I legit screamed when I saw I fixed it properly (along with a few low-voltage shocks before disconnecting the power, haha) and I cannot thank Nick enough for the video online how to fix it.
