Excellent Service

I was getting ready to purchase a new television until I did a google search on troubleshooting my television and saw one of Nick’s videos. His symptoms and diagnosis matched my television exactly. I followed the few simple steps and mailed my board to Nick’s Electronic Repair. Within a week my board was shipped back and the television works good as new. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on a new television, I spent about $100 for the repair and shipping. Nick’s Electronic Repair kept me informed of the process the entire time. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

I found Nick’s YouTube videos to be very helpful in trying to troubleshoot our TV when it failed to turn on. However I soon learned that IF the issue was the main board and processor, the chip and equipment needed was not within my capability. I send in both the power board and main board. Nick quickly determine the power board was ok, but the main board was non-functional. The repair took a couple more days to execute and test to verify function. Nick refunded the price paid for the power board minus a very reasonable testing fee.

The boards were returned quickly, and the reinstall instructions and pairing thumb drive worked perfectly. I will use Nick’s Repair again should I need it. I am very satisfied.

Nick's confirmed my diagnostic of a power supply failure on my Sony TV and performed a very prompt repair once the received the board from me.

My situation was difficult as I am in a foreign country and had to remove the power supply myself, bring it to the USA with me on a trip, as well as be confident that it was the only issue. Once in the USA, I couriered it to Nick's, and they resolved the issue and sent it out within a couple days of receiving it.

I brought the power supply home with me and installed it several days later. The TV is back up and running! Thanks Nick's!
