The service and communication was great. The panel that failed for me was on my oven. It is not a common size, so just replacing it is not an option at this time. The work you guys did saved me and I look forward to many more years with this appliance, thanks to you. I really appreciate the fact that you refreshed my digital display. It was very difficult to see even when it was new, much better now. I don’t need to go find glasses to operate my oven anymore!

The CPU on your specific mainboard was defective, and while we routinely perform CPU replacements, the CPU used in your model is not available for public purchase. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to repair CPU-related faults on Sony TVs ending in A80J due to the lack of parts availability.
