Absolute goats. Ups took its sweet time to get to them but they fixed it in a day and got it back to me same week. Tv fully functional guyz what else shud i say, da goats!
The board arrived in excellent condition, went back into the TV smoothly, and the TV is now as good as new. Thanks for your help.
Sent in bobcat 331 controller not powering on, they identified the problem and repaired quickly and shipped out.
Turned in unit for repair. It worked and all I needed was a cord. Gave full refund minus shipping which makes sense. Great company!
