I found Nick's through a YouTube video after my (expensive) 77 inch Samsung TV lost its power board less than 18 months after purchase. His video showed how easy it would be to swap the board with a rebuilt one (one screw and two connectors) for much less than any repair service. I ordered the board online, swapped it, and returned the bad board for a $100 credit. All done as expected.
Nick’s was fast and provided proactive communication throughout our service engagement. They also provided a generous partial refund when it turned out that our one connect box was actually functioning fine and not the problem!
Per their instructions everything was done in a timely manner. Was told I could possible lose native app and would have to use a streaming device. Did have to buy a streaming device (apple tv), Tv is working great tho!
I was worried I was going to have to buy a new TV after my 6 year old Sony TV died. I found Nick's videos on YouTube. After watching, I suspected that the main board had the common chip problem. I sent it to Nick's, they provided updates through out the process on the repair and returned the board to me. Their directions for starting up the TV were great. They brought my TV back to life and I hope to get another 5-10 years out of it.
