The service provided for our Samsung One Connect unit was excellent. Communication throughout the entire repair process was clear, precise, and proactive, which I greatly appreciated. Nick’s Electronic Repair accomplished what Samsung either could not or would not do.
Their board-level repair capabilities are top‑tier, and I highly recommend their services. Pricing was transparent and straightforward from the start.
We were faced with a $7,000 TV that had become essentially a brick after only 14 months. Nick’s team took on the challenge of repairing a new‑model One Connect Box and successfully brought it back to life. Truly impressive work.
Outstanding job by everyone involved, and my sincere thanks to the whole team.

Great service. Store reached out on their own to provide status update on the above purchase and mailing timing. System itself was packaged carefully and runs as expected. As someone who has had many systems modded, finding a good online installation service provider that sells pre modded hardware is hard, but was throughly impressed with Nick’s, and would consider them one of the best shops that offer these systems for sale. 10/10 experience.
Hello,
I realized that I purchased the wrong kit. This was my mistake.
The non-working power board is model LC-90LE745U – RUNTKA985WJQZ. I wanted to ask if you would be willing to repair this board as a trade.
I currently have a working power board, model LC-90LE657U – RUNTKB096WJQZ, that I could provide in exchange.
Please let me know if this is something you would consider. Thank you for your time.
Best regards,
Jennifer Ridge
When my 77" OLED stopped working (dreaded 4 blinking red lights), I found some Nick's youtube videos helpful to diagnose and potentially repair the TV myself. The issue turned out to be a power board with a few broken transistors. A new board would have cost over $600, so the $120 seemed much more reasonable. I could have probably done it myself (nick's videos basically show you step by step guide on how to do it), but after factoring new transistors, soldering equipment, time and money learning how to repair the board, the price was a bargain.
Once they received my board, they issued a tracking ticket so I can monitor the progress. Within a day, they diagnosed the issue and queued for repair for the next day. I got my board a couple of days later, and TV is now up and running again. I highly recommend them.
My 11 y/o 65" Samsung TV made a pop and went black, would not turn back on. I communicated about what happened with this business and they felt strongly enough that the power supply circuit board had failed so I shipped it to them (was easy enough to get it out of the TV (only needed a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the TV back panel and then the board from the TV) and they sure enough fixed it. TV definitely turns on now. Haven't had an opportunity to hang it back on the wall just yet to verify full functionality but given that it now turns on I'm confident I'll have my TV back. For the price of the repair and shipping, and a trip to the post office, it was worth it.
